The Campus
This modern student accommodation development in Salford required more than 4,300 furniture and digital items to be installed across 271 studio apartments. Our team were able to ease the logistical complexity this challenging project presented. To minimise congestion on site, we took delivery of all the items at our warehousing facility prior to the project commencing, before sorting them to mirror site requirements and transporting them in timelines for installation.

X1 Media City
Standing at a sky-scraping 26 storeys high, X1 Media City is currently the largest residential development in the North West. Over 4,000 furniture items were installed within the development’s 1,100 studios and apartments. Our team ensured all the pieces were not only installed correctly and on time, but also fully function-tested and quality-checked prior to the project being signed off.
